What? You want another slice of Americana? Well then, look no further!

Here is the second in the series of ranch-style homes, a variation on the first.  Perfect for a medium-to-large family. It comes with everything you need to live that oh-so-mundane suburban existence.

(OFB might be required for some of the furnishings)
3x3 lot, Hack free, Fully Furnished
Price: $103,921
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

Custom Content Included
- Invisible Driveway and Extensions, by roddyaleixo
- Outdoor Lantern by Numenor at MTS2
- Very Big Oleander,Giant Garden Music Oleander by Lucas Cardellini of AussieTopenders Sims2.
- Stone cul-de-sac Brick Fence by Cathy at the above site
- Outdoor5 Carnation by 4ESF
- The Restrospective Set - Lattice, by Zookini at MTS2
- Old Stone Wall by Jonesi at MTS2

The not-so fine print: keep it off the Exhange. Otherwise, enjoy!

I love the colors, the style, everything! You did a great job and I must admit that I am not so good at creating this style. I especially like the flower pots in the front. Good landscaping easily turns a house into a home. Thanks for sharing!
