Hello,
1. Short dress. Or
2. Mini skirt
Unless I missed something, the only dresses for the mesh are
the ones found in the formal section.
Thanks,
Bill

Yup, like Goth said, there's a few Bottom Separates in skirts in all sizes including 32", but other than that the only thing skirt-like in the full-body sets is the Nightgown.  I'll also be reworking the Short Dress w/ Heels outfit once I figure out the weird ankle animation problem.  Otherwise, it'll be a while before I take on another series of full-body outfits... I may do some individual outfits here and there in all sizes though, as the mood strikes.

Thanks,
I missed the miniskirt in bodyshop.  It was put way down the line for
some reason. I worked on the alpha channel to recolor the nightgown.
It looks pretty good but I was going for a little shorter hemline.
I am not that good with the 3D programs. I have truespace but never
seem to get it right. If it could be done in Poser then I might be able
to do it.
Thanks for the info.

Actually I use Poser for the entire series... it exports in .obj format, which is what you need for Mesh Tool and SimPE to convert it to the game format.  Look for a tutorial over at MTS2 by Zenman, his magnet set is what mine are based on.  Eventually, I will probably release a magnet set for all the various sizes as well.

For the more complicated meshes, like the hi-res nudes, I use Milkshape and the Unimesh plugins, but if you're just looking to reshape a mesh without adding or removing vertices, Poser works wonderfully!

Is that the dress with the plunging neckline?  The one from the base game that came with and without boots and a long jacket?  That would be a great mesh, if that's the one you're thinking of.  I'm sorry to hear about the ankle difficulties.  Another great mesh would be the sundress or the formal short sleeved, short black and white dress since there are so many recolors out there.  Neither one of those uses high heels.
