Located at 9 Ocean View Lane in Pleasantview’s prestigious Oceanview Community on the Shores of the SimPacific Ocean.  This home is newly built with no previous owners.  The lot is surrounded by a natural pond, made specifically to emulate the beautiful water that surrounds the inspiration lighthouse.

There were no cheats used in the construction of this home and no custom content.  As I have the Base Game, University, Nightlife and Open For Business, you may probably need these EPs in order for this home to show properly in your game.[/I]

The Lighthouse House is a 3 story home with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.  The Roof consists of a Garden area, Patio, BBQ area and a recreation area.
The Cost of this home is 40,895 Simoleons.
