After checking out some awesome building tutorials, I came upon an interesting one for building an aquarium pool and I immediately wanted to make one for a house. I also incorporated a very simple skylight to just bring some light to the family room because it felt a bit dark. So I hope your sims have fun with this home. :-P

Features:

- 2x3 size lot
- 2 floors
- pool
- 2 balconies
- 3 bedrooms and 3 baths
- unfurnished
- NL and Pets required Smiley

I appreciate the comments, thank you all. And tetuo, since you like houses with a swimming pool, the next lot I'll upload will have a pool, but an indoor one with a different looking exterior so I hope you will like it Smiley.
