Hi All
Thought I'd do a bit of building!
Presenting "The Gloucester", a 4 bed/2.5 bath detached house with built in garage, perfect for a modern growing family. Very spacious bedrooms, all on the 1st floor, Bedroom 1 has en-suite shower room. The ground floor consists of living room, dining area, kitchen, utility room & w.c. with internal garage. Large garden area's to each side of the house, with freshly laid lawn. House includes interior & exterior decor by Maxis. The Gloucester is on the market for $47,689.
