I made this house for N003 Neighborhood.

CafeteriaLoveBrace file's lot is needen OFB.
LoveBrace file is not needen it.

If you'd like to run a cafe at home, it will be a good for you.

If you have not OFB, you can download LoveBrace file, although first floor is empty.
