This is my 1st effort. I built this house using Sims2Holiday/UNIV/NL.
 
Galactus Residential Homes Lot#1: Cost- $436,562...Heehee.
 
Basics:2 BRM/2 BATH/1 Garage
 
Mainframe: Full Foundation
Features:
1. Scenic entry with island fountains and palms.
 
2. 360 degree fully accessible porch/walkway and 360 degree fully accessible terrace.
 
3. Sunken central Den/Study with overhead skylight.
 
4. Enclosed lower level swimming pool with adjoining workout and hot tub areas.
 
5. 2nd floor billiard/game room with Bowling alley.
 
6. 2nd floor Band/Disco room with DJ Booth, Dance floor and nightclub lighting.
 
7. Fully equiped kitchen with bar...The stove and island counters are ideally suited for Squinges "dormcook" mod.
 
8. Extensive rose gardens with still plenty of room for further outdoor additions.

Thanks folks! You know you can make this pad cheaper by simply moving in a test family and then moving them out. That would bring the price down big time...and you can always use the money cheats to give a sim family the opportunity to buy....just give them just enough to buy the property unfurnished and start them from scratch in a huge pad.:angel:

I never use money cheats, because I have monique's bank computer set up on a residential lot which I call the bank and mortage company.  The new family goes there to borrow money for a particular lot and once I set them up to have the money, plus take care of some relationship needs, I move them out.  The Inge stay shrub keeps the furnishing there and is reused over again. So my sims have debt like me, haha.  Back to your lot, this is great and when I get my faster computer, I will try it out.  Thanks for sharing.

I hear ya...My pc handles this lot fine till I get about 10 sims in there and then it gets pretty choppy.
