Been a while since I uploaded something and this is my first lot (that I've shared anyway). Constructive criticism welcome, not constructive can kiss my ass. :angel:
This lot is modeled on my current home, but much bigger. We don't have a garage or a pool, but hey, who's perfect?
This home comes in 2 versions, lazy and not lazy. Okay, furnished and not.
Both versions have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study, kitchen, dining room, game room and pool.
Unfurnished version will cost your sim $54,938. The furnished version will run $154,768.
There is no custom content. I used my laptop which only has the base game, Uni, NL, and OFB installed. None of the stuff packs and Pets aren't anywhere near it.
And if someone wants to help out with more or better screenshots, I would appreciate it.
