Sim having more than two babies at a time!

i have just been playin on my sims bout an hour ago and found that when one of my pregnant sims gave birth she gave birth to triplets! i know i don't have the triplets and quads hack as it never asked me any options when the babies were born! Is this a glitch from pets or is it a one off occurance?

I'd say it was a glitch. The coding doesn't allow for triplet births (according to Maxis)

There is a random version of trips&quads that dosen't ask what you want...

There is a game bug that gives you more then 2 babys - a bug that has been around since TS2 first came out.

I never heard of that bug it's never happened to me before I guess I have been lucky, lol

Sounds like I've been lucky too.  Eep.  I have enough troubles with twins! LOL

I had that happen to me once a long time ago, possibly even before university, though I don't recall exactly. After the 4th baby I was afraid she was never going to stop, but she did stop at 4 mostly because the house had 8 sims then. At that time I didn't even know things like the triplets and quads hack existed and I chalked it up to a game glitch. It never happened again to me.
