If a bad horror movie can spawn a multitude of sequels, so too can my series of ranch-style homes! So, here's yet another installment of my current obsession. Same style, different variation. Exciting, huh?

Perfect for a mid-to-large family, it features all the usual accompaniments; with 3 bedrooms on ground level, and the possibility for more in the unfurnished basement. Useful for inlaws, grumpy teenagers, and/or for hiding the bodies of unwelcome house guests.

Begin overzealously formatted list of features...

Features
Requires Uni, Nightlife, OFB, and Pets
3x3 lot, Hack free, Fully Furnished
Price: $127,484 - Pricey, aint it?
3+ Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms
Attached garage, finished/unfurnished basement

Custom Content Included
- Outdoor Lantern by Numenor at MTS2
- Plants by Lucas Cardellini of AussieTopenders Sims2.
- Stone cul-de-sac Brick Fence by Cathy at the above site
- Outdoor5 Carnation by 4ESF
- The Restrospective Set - Lattice, by Zookini at MTS2
- Patio Table: Mesh by Gromit, recolors by calakarad; both at MTS2
- Hammock by KevinsHope at MTS2

Custom Content not Included
- Invisible Driveway and Extensions, by roddyaleixo at MTS2
For some odd reason, this isn't always being packed up with the lot. So if you don't have it, download it from the link above.

The not-so fine print: keep it off the Exhange. Otherwise, enjoy!

 I`d package her inside if I had OFB and Pets :dontknow:

Great job, I`ve said that before, but this one deserves to say it twice.
