At the beach again...

Like I said in the Life's A Beach thread, I am building new homes for my coastline in Bluewater District.  This is the second home and no, I am not doing a series here, but thought I would share it.

This home was built to be placed on the coast of Bluewater Shopping District.

Lot: 3X2
3 Bds, 2.5 baths, Recreation room, Livingroom, Eat-In Kitchen, Garage, Terrace off double bedroom, etc.
Cost: around 65,000
Fully Furnished, except forgot to put grill outside the rec room. Oops

I knew it, I knew it...  I forgot to link you all to the roof recolor.  I couldn't find it in the file so here's the artist and the link... Loverat @ MTS2 http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=154585.  In the download files there is a Forest Green and Cream roof recolor that is separate from the home. For some odd reason, It was not in the sim2pack file or I could not find it.

This is about the 4th or 5th beach house I've been unable to resist. Must go now & find lots of 'beachy' paint as I think I'm going to have to start a new neighborhood. This is really winderful & makes me think of fondly summer vacations past. Thanks!

mstybl95, I am honored and to think one of my lots in your game is phenomenal. :O Thanks summerwine for the comment, yes I want to live on the beach. My seasons game is gonna have certain seasons in certain neighborhoods,  this neighborhood will always be summer.  I hate winter.  BTW,  I am a girlie. (female)  Hey everyone,  I did think this is my favorite beach house and then I built another one which I will upload this weekend.
