The Sims 2 Exchange

Hi. I need help with the exchange downlaods. Everytime I try to download something, it tells me that my product isn't registered. I try to register it and it tells me that my key code is already in use! Can someone tell how to fix this

If you own a legit copy and have previously registered, make sure you log on to TS2 before downloading. If you don't have a legit copy, get one.
