my wife had a problem in her Game so I have moved the ofending Nod file to another folder in her backups for EA Game files , her game run ok now with thw current NOD003 file she is using, but would like to get some of her families  and lots from the other NOD001, tried using SIMPE to due this but to no avail could someone help out please,

You can't move families like that you have to use the package lots in the game which can cause problems moving families that way.

Like Squinge said you have to use the package lots in the game.

If you want to restore thier relations you can do that later in SimPE.
I did it and joined families of all three default hoods together in a new one.
Wrote down the relations of all sims, like family and good friends, then packaged the lot.
Then used SimPE to restore thier relations in the new hood.

Was a lot of work, but for me well worth it, and had no problems so far. Wink
