Here's a starter house for your sims, these are always needed.
It's not very special, I'm not a master building houses Cheesy Just a basic home with 2 bedrooms Smiley

No custom content included.
House is furnished, not much, but there's everything for sims to start their lives and survive.
Price: 19 851 §

I have installed following EP's:
- University
- Nightlife
- Open For Business
- Pets
- Holiday Party Pack
- Glamour Life Stuff

I haven't used stuff from Holiday Party Pack or Glamour, so this should work without them Smiley

Nice house Amber!

As for the required Eps - if you have the EP installed, it`s required for the house to work, no matter if you used any content from it or not.

Thanks Smiley

And thank you Dinki for that information about EP's Smiley
I thought I have sometimes downloaded houses made by people who have Family Fun Stuff installed, which I don't have, and i got those houses to my game, but I can remember wrong Cheesy (This really explains one problem with a house once...)
I'll take that part of text away from my post Cheesy

Ummm... with the stuff packs, it`s exactly what you thought - as long as you don`t use anything from them, they`re not required.

It`s those **** Expansion packs (Uni, NL, OFB, Pets) that are required if you have those installed Tongue

And you`re welcome Smiley

Well done, Amber. It's very hard to build starter homes that are yet attractive.
