That would be a material setting in the outfit file... there are two types of Alpha materials, Blend or None, which can be seen in SimPE.  Both have advantages and disadvantages, and should be experimented with when making new Alpha outfits.  It sounds like this one is currently set to None, which makes the alpha layer either solid or invisible.  If you change it to Blend, you will be able to do the transparencies.

I can't seem to find these dresses in Bodyshop. I've checked through my entire inventory three times and don't see any of them. I don't have any of the stuff packs and I don't have Pets or Seasons.

Any ideas?

I am also working on a 34DD version. It is nearly finished.

Very nice work, KeyserSoze!  Hope you're planning to go in the other direction as well though as I prefer the smaller-breasted body shapes (and I'm sure there are others out there who would be interested in the other sizes too).

Ah.. I will start digging around with simpe then, and see if I can figure out where that is, thank you very much Warlokk!

For the 34D alpha dress you will already find the two different possible ways.
The 34DAlphaDressBlack has "stdMatAlphaBlendMode" set to "blend" and "stdMatAlphaTestEnabled" set to  "0". It supports transparency.

The CroppedPinkDress and the teen D dress recolor do have "stdMatAlphaBlendMode" set to "none" and "stdMatAlphaTestEnabled" set to  "0". Transparency does not work with these.

So at least for the 34D alpha dress you can choose which of my recolors you want to use as basis keeping in mind if your new creation needs transparency or not. Be aware that this also decides if normal mapping is supported for the alpha mesh or not.

If you want to switch it yourself I attach a screenshot of where to do it.

PS: I am still hoping to see some recolors posted here.

Yes too much boobmania. But I think going smaller than C cup does not make much sense regarding my dress decollete. The visual effect fades with smaller breats size. It seems to me that it would not be worth all the problems to be solved when creating a alpha dress top. The smaller ones might be OK with just a skirt and heels alone.

To be honest I will not use anything smaller than C and also not the natural ones ingame myself. So not enough personal interest from my own side to do it. This is also the case for the larger hip sizes.

So let's say C enhanced for adult I am going to make in any case. Just a question of time.

But maybe than it's time to do something new. I am still thinking of a swimsuit where the alpha mesh also goes plane between the breasts like with my alpha dress. But also being plane between the pelvis and the breasts and the pelvis and the shoulders on the back. See attached picture for what kind of swimsuit it is meant or take a look at the swimwear at http://www.wickedtemptations.com to get an idea of it.

I wish I could understand how to convert/mesh but I am hoping you might convert these for the classic pinup bodyshape. I dont even know if thats possible but it would be hot. Great job!

Maybe you downloaded only the meshes. You'll need at least one recolor per mesh to see something in bodyshop or ingame.
The meshes alone do not show up anywhere.
