Question about building a house

I building a hose that half of it is on a little mountain my question is why in some part of the house is to dark?? i put window but still the shadow is to hard.. its this normal?

Most likely the light is being blocked by the hill/mountain-side, and from the direction your house is built.

Do you have a screenshot of the house? This would make it easier to tell if the above is the cause of your problem.

Ok, I dont have right now a picture but i will make it and post it later or tomorrow... but the hill cover only the first level that its like a bassement, but the problem is in the second and third floor that them are not covered by nothing
