Well, we're moving toward the bigger family lots. I'm actually impressed by this lot, it does have a truly urban feel. I used to live in an apartment just like this on the westside of Chicago. Loved it!

EP's Required

University
Nightlife
OFB
Pets

Features

Lot: 3x1
Price: 25000
Floors: 1
Beds: 2
Baths: 1
Partially Furnished

Custom Content (Meshes Included)

Rocks by Nengi65
Plants by 4ESF
Windows by temptress
Door by Zookini
Roof Recolor by Me

This is another design I thought up while whining about not having a computer. It is more of an apartment style floor plan, but it looks adorable as a small home. It comes partially furnished so you can get a feel for the layout.

Oooooo! How adorable!  I love the way the front is really on the side of the lot. Love the terrace.  Um-Um! Toooo cute! Thanks!

What Ali said--and where'd you get the stuff on the bed?

Your content is always so nice. Very nice house too--love the design, inside and out.

The windows are packaged with the lot, link above. The office set is from Sims 2 Play. Um, the roller blinds I have no clue. I'll check the next time I run the game.

Edited: The window valance comes from mango sims, the present on the bed is from life stories and not available anymore, and the bag is from pimp-my-sims (part of the "trend shop" set). Go to my sites link page for the links.

Just read this, fellow Chicagoan,  Hey I am on the southeast side, off Stoney. I am not that familiar with the west side, I  wasn't raised here, but would this be near Cicero, maybe?  Great architectural ideas here, huh?  This is soooo cooool!

Hi fellow Chicagoan! (Although I'm not there anymore :shh: ) This was what my first apartment looked like and it was just off the Eisenhower expressway near the University of Illinois. Very nice area, great housing...a little too much for a college student, I think. I might have done more partying then studying living in that area. lol

And I'm a native, but am not familiar with the southeast side. I grew up on the southside, near 59th and Pulaski.
