The Cane Corso is a Mastiff at heart. It doesn't have the many folds of skin some classic Mastiffs have though. The date of orgin: 1600s. It was first use for cattle droving and now is used as a companion and as security. It has a tendency of being aggressive towards people it doesn't know, but with good training, love, and careful socialization, it makes a great companion. It's very intelligent and needs regular exercise.
Sorry, I thought I took a picture of it, but apparently I didn't...sorry, but the preview picture is pretty good at what the dog looks like
