I don't know why, but I have no idea how to just package CLOTHES or HAIR, ETC by itself (as .package files), I just uploaded them WITH some random sim. (So I can release a model and the clothes in one)

So, how am I supposed to package clothes, etc. by themselves?

ALSO,

I used boutiqueemilie's texture to make clothing, and I I just need to see if I have permission, and I see her site has closed down.

Did anyone see the F.A.Q? Did it say people can use textures as long as credit is given?

Thanks, I feel so n00bish right now. :shh:

I believe she said you could if you gave credit. You could check on modthesims2 since that is where she put her stuff. You could even pm her there.
What you need to do is go to your saved sims folder and get the package from there. Copy it onto your desktop and then .rar or .zip it. Smiley

windows xp

click start > My Documents> EA Games > the sims 2 > saved sims

The package will be named whatever you named it in bodyshop. Hope that helps you. Smiley

Okay thanks!!

I looked at her account, and it said that isn't HER account, it was solely made to upload her content to MTS2 with her permission. *shrugs*

Her FAQ that I copied was:

Quote
F.A.Q.
Read this before asking me, thank you.
•   Please respect the copyright. The content on this site is for your personal use in the game, nothing more.
That means no modifying, no taking parts of my alphas or textures, no taking credit for my work. If you have questions about this, please contact me.
•   Do NOT hotlink to my files or images. This is called bandwidth-theft and could cause the site to shut down.
•   All meshes are included in the rar-file, unless I've written something else. I only use meshes which are free to redistribute, so I can include them here at the site Smiley
•   Extract files with Winrar to this folder: My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads
•   What happened to the downloads available in the earlier versions of B. Emilie?
You can still get them! Check out the Boutique Emilie Sale.
Everything from my old site, Get Skintight, is now at TheSimsResource. My username there is GS Emilie.
•   Wondering where I got a certain hair? Take a look at the Credits.
Please try to find the item yourself before asking me. I can't answer all of your questions, sorry.
•   I only link to my friends and my favourite sites. I'm not looking for affiliates, thank you

Mule, I have a feeling you just gave your age away. Only old folks know who Chuck Berry is. Smiley

I gotta wonder if it matters if you do something after a person has "left the community."
