A penguin wearing a scarf wandered by one of my Sim's homes in the wee hours of a spring morning.  If my sim had been awake, she could have pat it or shooed it, just like the skunk.  What's this about?  Can a penguin cause trouble? Bring fun? Become a pet?  Leave a gift?  It was so strange to see one.

ROFL!

I've had the penguin visit. When my toddler petted it, it was fine, but when one of my grandmas tried to pet it, the penguin pissed on her. Tongue

They show up randomly on lots in the Fall or Winter. I've had run-ins with a few of them now.

...haven't had one pee on me yet though tongue

Penguins show up more when you're fishing.  If you take a fish out of your Sim's inventory and lay it on the ground, the Penguin will come along and eat it.  So will cats.

If you hang a fish, the Penguin will walk into the house and keep trying to jump up and get it.

The Penguin is adorable!  My little kids have named him "Mumbles" after the penguin on "Happy Feet" and they squeal with delight every time he comes on the lot.  Even better when he walked into the house and peed in the floor when he couldn't get the mounted bass!!!  They giggled like crazy!!

Too bad our Sims can't adopt the penguin. It's adorable.

Aaaw! That's so adorable!
I still have to be patient untill March 6, because then I'll get Seasons.
But my game has been ready for it for weeks now! (I only have 12 files in my Downloads-folder, because I already removed InTeen)

Edit:
YAAYYY! It just got delivered. ^^ So what estimated delivery date!
Yay!! I'm installing Nightlife now, and Seasons is next! ^^

*jumps up and down from joy*

Why can't life be like The Sims, where you can control someone with just one click?
