Q: I lost my booklet, how can I recover my installation key?

A: there are two ways to recover your serial key:

• OPTION 1
  
  • You can get it from the EA site if you registered it.
  • If you registered your game on this site you can find it here.
  • Go to http://www.ea.com
    
  • At the top right, click on "Get Into the EA Nation"
  • Log in with your http://www.thesims2.com username and password.
    
  • Click on your username where "Get Into the EA Nation" was.
  • Go to "My Account."
  • Log in again.
  • Click on "My Games"
  • All the codes for your registered games will be there.
