Hi Guys,

I made this home prior to seasons, although I have this in seasons too, hope you like, it took ages to make, more pics of the home and ideas how to furnish can be found at the link below.   If you have any questions on were can I find anything, let me know and I will be happy to help.  Does not include doors and windows (these are available at TSR by windkeeper (Helios sets).  I have all expansions to date.

Here's a few pics too,

Hugs

Hey Midge, I always look forward to your modern homes. Now I have another for my simmies, because I can't build proper modern homes. They don't look right for me.  Thanks for sharing.  BTW, what size is the lot, and do the diving board and pool steps come with this?  Love it.

Hiyas,

Firstly im glad you like, in answer to your question, if i remember rightly its a medium lot, 3 x 2, I think, as for the pool ladder and steps they are not in the download as they are part of the premium donation from sim gedohens, link below.

Midge, this is a very, very, very fine house. (And not only because of the Brokeback Mountain prints on the walls.) You put my house-building skills to shame!
