The only way I know is to use the "print screen" key on your keyboard and paste the pic in a paint program.

Actually, you can just hit the 'C' key and it'll take a snapshot, same as it would in Live mode.
...I just can't remember if you find the pictures in the base Storytelling directory, or in the 'Neighborhoods/your_neighborhood/Storytelling' directory.

It shows up in the same place as you would find the other snapshots, sometimes before a series of pictures you would take of the same family (assuming you will take more of them) in their lot.
