No, this mod will not work with AL and/or MG. Squinge was already aware of this and planned to update this one.

in apartment life you can use cheats for servos to be a normal sim. First  use cheat: (agesimscheat on) and set age of servo to teen, when you do this set again age to adult. Servo will have normal skintone... and if you want to change clothes etc. use cheat: (AllMenus on) and that cheat will unlock you all comands. That is it.

That won't work. They can change their appearances on the lot they reside on, but when they go someplace, they lose their appearances and return to their "Servo" appearances.

An AL version doesn't exist yet. Mr Squinge has a lot of work on his plate already, but this has been noted in our To Do list in the Mod Help section.
