I followed beosboxboys separates tutorial and it went out fine.. actually it was the first time a mesh appeared in bodyshop... lol... so when I went out to put the real texture into the mesh I realised there was a problem and I really don't know how to fix it.. I attached a pic of the problem, the mesh and the recolour over here.
Please help.. I would really appreciate it.

The problem is the waist of the pant/trousers and the waist of the vest bottom over-lap; in the game the bottom is "painted" last so it takes priority -- I adjusted the UVmapping so they no longer conflict =)
