RESOLVED!! - What is this?

Recently when I shut down my computer I get this message :

End Program - Card Reader Monitor For 9360 4.5...
This program is not responding etc.

I am not sure what program it is that isn't responding or how to resolve this. I am assuming that it is not a Sims problem but you know what happens when we assume...
It seems that it began since I installed Gadwins print Screen could it be this? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks.:worship:

That sounds like a program for a memory card reader you have hooked up to your pc, that error can be anything it may not be the sims causing it, you may need to check for a updated driver for it.

I have an external hard drive hooked up which I use to store my downloads and back up of my game so maybe that is it. On this particular computer I only have The Sims and photo editing programs so that must be it. I didn't even think of that. Thanks, Sqinge!
