i can't place doors or windows anywhere on any of my lots all it keeps saying is that they "need to be in the center of tile" what but it is help?

Try putting in the cheat boolprop snapobjectstogrid true

That is all I can think of.

You may have See Them to remove your censor blur.  See Them comes with a couple other cheats to include setting Allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true and SnapObjectsToGrid to false.  

Doors and windows have to be placed with SnapObjectsToGrid set to true as the Frog said.  You may need to set MoveObjects to off also.

wait i do have see them should i click snapobjects and the 45degreeangle thingy and turn them off!

Yes ash, I had a similar problem, the "See Them" mod, apparently before the updated version for Seasons, it gave the error similar to your problem. Simply, turn off "45degreeangle" "SnapObjectsToGrid" or you can just download the current version for Seasons EP.
