I was told that on this website there is a way to help you choose if you want twins or not, is that true?

Can you tell me how?

There are mods at MTS2 that allow you to choose. You can also use the Insimenator to get twins.
Or eat spaghetti. Someone once suggested and I tried it and it worked.

Actually cheesecake forces twins (OFB).  Also there's a cheat with OFB.  I'll check next time I'm in game unless someone posts it first.

The cheat is forcetwins and the description says "no description" so it may or may not work.
