Note: The translation of Terrains, in italian is "Terreni", but if you leave only "Terreni" some people can think you are talk about the terrainPaint and NOT about new terrains of neighborhoods, because  terrainPaint  is "Terreni".
So this "Terreni per nuovi Quartieri" = New terrains of neighborhoods
