Hey All!

I have an online friend who's having problems.

She extended a house by one floor, so that it had one floor level and two upper floors, and for some reason her child, just turned into one, was unable to use the stairs down. So she was stuck on the second floor.

Is there any idea what she can do to fix this?  The only thing I could think of was to delete the stairs and put in new ones.

Thank you for any help that can be provided! Smiley :worship:

Try the "move_objects on" in the command prompt or just deleting the sim. If you have the current Insiminator, use can restore any family member and select the name of sim that had an error.

Is the child a toddler? Because toddler's can't use stairs.

She said the sim became a child recently in her first post.
