Eternalwinds, your graphic settings are too low and the game isn't correctly displaying the mesh; the textures are also displayed in low-res and the edges are pixellated. You should try higher settings in your game - with an old computer and/or outdated graphics card it's not alway possible though, but in most cases this will fix the issue.
