This mod stops your playable sims from filling up their inventory with unwanted items & going broke when your not playing them.

This mod includes my no bag throwing mod.

You still make money from the sale(because you need to replace what they bought) but it doesn't get subtracted from their family funds or added to their inventory.

This mod was tested by Comicalmuse, ilikefishfood, & MissDoh(Thank You)

Just in time -- I'm playing my main family tomorrow, and they own a community lot business! Thanks Squinge!

Hi!  Just a few questions - has anyone tried this on real estate?  i.e., buying a lot, and selling the deed in a store? (I have a sim soprano who owns the downtown empty lots)  - The lots just seem to go back to the community, except if it is a playable character.  And does it work for selling pets to playable sims ?

Sorry for all the questions...

Thank you so much! I usually overcharge at the shops (stupid townies have unlimited funds anyway Tongue) and then the stuff depreciates in the inventory. Gah.

Hi, I downloaded this newer version and I'm still having troubles w/it. It works great on most things except realestate. When I sell a deed, it can't be sold anymore regardless of this mod. Here is a pic of what happens. The "buying" sim just turns around w/the $ and an X thru it and then walks away. I used to be able to sell real estate over and over again w/no problems. What's happening?

Oh and btw, I *can't* just "post a new thread;" at the bottom of the page is says "you may not post any new threads." The first time around searching for this one was like searching for a needle in a haystack.  I only found this b/c of the link in my closed thread. Why is this forum so confusing and difficult?
