My new problem, shown below are what my townie fuglies are enduring. Literally "black faced" or just absence faces. To narrow it down, there is nothing wrong with my graphics card, I do have christianlov's skintone changer mirror although, I havent used it at all. This started to happen in CAS, but now it's progressed to the neighborhood. My mods are updated and compatible with Season's, and I ran a hack conflict detection which in result, turned out good. There are no lighting mods installed and I have default skins. Note that is happens to some NPC's and yet my custom created ones are fine. Any suggestions?

You said default skins but are you using default CAS faces? If not those files could be corrupt (damaged.)

I have no face templates installed and the only identifiable packages that were with Default listed, were eyebrows which I removed before hand.

That happened when I tried to used some default eyebrows, try deleting the CASthumbnail file (which should regenerate when you re-start your game)
