(the file uncompressed is 15mb just a little to big to not use any compression)

Also, shell verson is coming soon for those who like to design the inside them-selfs

I'm having trouble unzipping this... It says it was compressed using an unknown method and there's nothing to unzip... Is it me or is it the file?

Great work.  Does it only require the base and uni, or are there other expansions needed in order for this house to function properly?

The house was built on unit and the base game so i suppose thats all it needs to show up perfectly

(honestly i dont know this is the first thing i have buit to put online  )

It was built on the base game and university a few floor textures wont show up if you dont have UNI installed but other than that it should work with all expansions

(i think)

I used winzip to zip the file and for the courtesy of the site and downloader i used max compression with the file. I used PPmd zip compression ill see if i can repost with a normal zip i unziped the file with powerdesk and it worked fine ill edit this post and put up another zip format

Oh wow!  Love it!

Is the James Webb that the house is named after the new senator from Virginia, or a different James Webb?

(The name caught my eye because I have a character named Jimmy Webb in my story over on the other site, y'see.)

I guess i have a book he wrote and i needed to call the house something so i grabbed a book and named it after the author so yes and no (sounds like a political answer right?)
