Here is a new lot for you ... but you have to pay me BIG TIME or ill sulk and pretend im leaving the community!
For those tht ARE stuped..... I mean NICE enough to part with HUGE amounts of cash ( boy do I need that new pair of shoes!) here are some details :

5x4 lot, and costs just shy of $31,000
Here are some new screenies, and ive put a guide to what I inteeded the areas to be for when I built it. I also intended for the nook wall to be done away with later so the family could extend into the basement.

I think I can pay maybe 4 times as much. How many is that? If the midgets catch a virus can I use them for payment?

maby you can pay ..12? But that is like 'friends' rate, tommorow the rate goes up and will change with my mood swings! And I SO dont want Virus's on MY midgets .... send them out as a 'free gift' only avaliable to donators!
