This is a small home on a small lot, I thought it was cute and gave it to the Oldies.  The upstairs bedroom was created, because I like to have Coral make friends with Lilith and have her to move in with them.  I then get Lilith to make friends with Angela and move them both to University.  I hate playing the Pleasant house with the both of them on bad terms. Can't stop the fighting. Plus every time I start the Pleasant household, Lilith runs away, that gets on my nerves.  Plus it makes the Oldies house more interesting. Well let's get to the stats:

Features: 2X2 lot, 2 beds, 3baths (accommodates elder sims Tongue), dining area, livingroom, kitchen, basement, 1 car driveway, roomy yard, fully furnished and decorated, cost about 59,500 simoleons.

Custom Content Included:

Croton and Blue sky planters- Macarossi @ ModTheSims2.com
Bush and Wall clock- Khakidoo @ MTS2
Federation Door and Tall Column- Darkmarkloc @ MTS2
Flowerbox and recolors- Nengi65 @ MTS2
Lace Curtain, Top Only- Nengi65 @ NengisBuildandThings.com

Custom Content not Included:

Buick Century- Fresh Prince @ MTS2

Thanks to all the creators of the content above, their talents are so appreciated by me. Thanks to INSIMenator for this forum and allowing me to share my lots.  Thanks to the community for your comments and downloading my lots, LOL.
Must have all EP's and no stuff packs. Packaged with clean installer, so no hacks.  Enjoy and keep on simming. :-P

Wow nice work on your house. Can you tell me how you change each individual roof? Every time I use the roof cheat it changes all parts of the roof.

Hey jayurban, thanks for the comment. I use " individualroofslopeangle" space then 15-75.  While in the roof section on the build mode, hit Ctrl+Alt (together), place the roof tool over the roof you want to change and click the mouse. Walla! New roof angle on one part of the roof section.  You must have pets ep for this to work. Holla if you need more help.

Edit: Are you building your roof by each piece or choosing the auto roof maker? With the auto roof tool, you are going to change the whole roof because it  was made at the same time, not individually. (Eh, I hope that makes sense). That cheat is for when you are building individual roof pieces.

Holy-moly! I love the design and the exterior, especially. I'm going to find a place for this cutie somewhere in my suburb.

Oh this is a great house!
I have a story in mind that I wanted to do and I needed a house and this is exactly what I had in mind. It must be fate that I went to the daily updates thread and saw it, I don't usually go there. Thanks, great work!. {^_^}

LOL.  Hey mstyblu95, I am proud to have one of my lots in your game, *blushes*. tiffyt11206, I hope your story goes well and if you upload it, I would like to read it. Oh well back to building.  See ya!

this looks great, I love how you've got all the different variations on the roof angles ... see, this is why I can be lazy and not have to build any houses myself

thanks for sharing
