Is there a hack/mod so Warlokk meshes do not change back to maxis mesh when they go to work?

Not really... the only solution I've seen is a hack that allows your sims to wear everyday clothes or whatever for all jobs.  Otherwise the game only has one mesh for each job outfit, and it's not selectable, so they really can't be modified except to turn them into normal outfits and resize them, like I did with the Superhero and Supervillain for the PowerGirl set, but they then have to be categorized as regular clothes, not work outfits.

Ooh, how do I change the default superhero outfit to your Power Girl mesh?

You'd have to extract the GMDC from the base game files (Sims03.package I believe) and replace the mesh with mine, and save it as a package without changing any references or anything.  It's actually pretty easy to do, it's all in SimPE.
