Changing skins to default

Has anyone seen any info anywhere on how to take a skin and make it into a default skin as ive seen some grseat skintones BUT NO default ones i like

Failing that any free sites where there are some great anatomically correct default skintones .

Also, you can find anatomically correct skintones at most of the adult oriented Sims 2 sites. You must be 18 or older to enter these...Here are a couple of quick links:
