By popular request, I'm finally uploading the house I used in my Seasons screenshot thread in the pictures forum; it also just happens to be the fifth house in my Country Living series too. So on with the show...

(If you're wondering where part four of the series is, as zTinkerz just pointed out, I never got around to posting it; even though I thought I did. Hah. Just consider the 'Starter Series' I did as part four for now Tongue)

The floors creak, the windows are drafty, there are mice living in the walls, and a large possum lives in the attic. The basement leaks, the walls rattle everytime a door is slammed shut, and a mysterious odor lingers throughout the whole house.

Moles, rabbits, and bugs will gladly eat your garden produce, birds will pick apart your floral arrangements for nesting material, and mosquitos will eat you alive when you try to go fishing during the summer.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this here is a real home indeed.

Some notes: The exterior was decorated for the sake of taking screenshots. While most of the bushes/flowers are accessible for trimming, a few might not be. The custom shrubs/bushes don't have a snow texture either, so they will look the same year round.

The house is beautifully playable though; it was home to three generations of Sims in my game, and a fourth is getting ready to be born in it.

Requires Uni, NL, and Seasons

Price: $102,429 - Mostly Furnished.
3+ Bedrooms, 2+ Bathrooms.

The not-so fine print: keep it off the Exhange. Otherwise, enjoy!

This is a beauty! Although I don't have a spot for it right now, I'll be sure to grab it when I start developing my rural sub-hood.

Thanks all, glad you like it. To think, I was originally going to scrap this house, but became rather attached to it. Hah.

...and as to not disappoint, I updated the top post with my usual brand of amusing sales pitch. Tongue

(and I replied to you in the pic thread, lewis hah)
