Hi all

I made this empty beach lot. All that is on it is the seawater, I am not allowed to upload Windkeepers goldensand and sand with seashells, but you can find it here http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/Windkeeper/downloads/sims2/SetID_169521/
In my pics you can see the beach with and without her sand terrains

Credit goes to Sky from Sterlingsims for her lovely seascape terrain you can visit her site here http://www.sterlingsims2.com/

To have a beautifull view like mine without trees, hills and grass in the backround I recommend using the Bluewater neighborhood with a desert template and place it near the water. (as you can see in my neighborhoodview pic.

This is the first time I upload a lot, and I hope you guys enjoy and like it :-P

*edit* Hi all, I added a zip folder with my beach lot in all the lot sizes available in the game. For those with the older and slower computers. You can just unzip the folder once downloaded and select which lot sizes you would like in your game.*end of edit*

*second edit* I have uploaded the beach lots in seperate packages according to lot size, for those with dial up as connection*end of second edit*

I have them all and also all the stuff packs. But I only used one custom groundterrain to make the beach. That and the biggest empty lot, will it cause problems for people with the base only? Hope not Sad

Oh Yeah, and thankyou for saying it is great!

That would be great, thanks Lewis. You can post as many pics as you wish, it would be great to see what it looks like in someone elses game.
