missing characters "Dina"and crashes

hi all...
I installed the seasons and ı really like it....
but as usual ı have some problems that make the game boring.....
1- my some characters have been lost...like "dina Caliente" she was inthe NB before seasons e.p. but after installed the season ep I couldn't find her!..never mind ...
2- the sims are playing water baloon non-stop
3 -the sims are having bath non stop...

if you know some patches please help me  

ps: oh ı already download and installed officially patch and didn't solve the problems.

Since the installation of Season's there have been reports of conflicts or problems with the maxis default families, "The Ottomans" are in particular. Supposubly maxis will release a fix in the second patch, the first one released for seasons really didnt help as reported by some.

If you only exprience minor problems errors while trying to enter a default family; I've never tried this and as risque as it may sound, try this: enter the "boolprop testing enabled true" cheat before entering the house, if you manage to get inside the house with the characters missing from the lot, use the either the "Family Tree Adjustor" and select "Restore Family". This may or may not work.
