well as long as i know its not that the creators from TSR get paid , and its not like he is hosting the stuff in his own web page that so therefore he would need the "donation stuff" to keep running the website, in fact all the money for the subscriptions is for TSR and well since insimenator.net itself and so MTS2 doesnt obligatory charge money cuotes to the subscribers i dont see why would TSR need to and in any case i dont respect it at all, in the other hand i respect the work of the creator itself so i let it very clear that this skin is a product of chazdesigns great work and also include credit on the package of the sim (in the description), and also if you go the TSR web page you will notice this particular creator doesnt have any policy of "notice me before ..." so i dont think there is need of that, but in anyways if the creator itself ask me to remove the upload i would do it, or if insimenator.net decide to remove my upload i wouldnt have any problem with that.
