I was wondering if this one was compatible with Seasons, just tried to use it (for the first time in quite a while) and I'd thought that after a pass along the option would no longer be available until more business rewards were available.

Yes it is compatible with seasons

My foolishness... looks like you have to pass along each perk individually, and since he'd built up some perks it took a few times to actually pass along everything.
