Raggamuffin Express! Raggedy Clothes for Toddlers and Children

This was a request by smartass_brat. It's four outfits, two for toddlers, two for children. The toddler tank with a diaper is unisex, but the child gym shorts with a tee is only for females. For the female child outfit, you need the mesh from this post:

Yes, I was sorta sterotyping.  I know poor doesn't mean dirty, I also know that welfare doesn't mean poor.  

However, I do know that this does happen and that is what I was looking for and was given.

I wanted a welfare trailer trash family and so reqeusted some clothing.  Evlevnz92 was kind enough to create such clothing.
