I notice alot of people on here post great pictures and they turn out very clear and detailed fully. How do you do this? Do you use a certain program or what? And is it possible to do so without using programs?

It all depends on what your settings are in game for graphics, as well as the capability of your video card to make clear settings.

I was just going to say that my graphics are on all high settings, but when you mentioned video card, that may be the problem. Thank you very much for your help.

If your game has much clearer graphics than your pics. you might try a program like Fraps. Then look to crop you pictures as much as you can before you do any resizing. Also you should check how much you are compressing your pics to make sure you are only squishing them as much as necessary.
