Good idea, but sadly, I don't think that EA cares about petitions. I think they look at us, we are mindless sheep, and put out something with a little of our wants in it.  Hey! I am a mindless sheep.  I buy everything that put out!

Petitions rarely ever work for alot of things, but good luck on this one. Personally, I don't want either of those EP's as I only had SS for S1.

I'll put it up front, somewhat bluntly:  Personally, I've had enough of hearing "I want Superstar/Makin' Magic"... it's been the same thing being screamed out for over four years now.  I'd rather have something else that could quite possibly incorporate either one or both elements, and not be another recycled re-make of a past Sims 1 EP.  Of course, it's going to be tough coming up with new ideas on their own... all they have to do is step off of their high-horses and open their ears.  :lol:  And unfortunately I'm inclined to agree with the fact that EA doesn't care what we really want anyways.  Plus the fact that internet petitions aren't all that effective in getting the receiving party's attention.  May have been when they first started, but now it's just an overused tactic... sorry to be a downer, but that's how I see it.  :?

I agree with you Girlie. It would be neat to see what's new for the Sims 2. With all the hype for the Sims 3, I don't think they will be putting much thought into the Sims 2. Hope they understand, there are alot of simmers gonna be playing the Sims 2, for a long, long time.

Good luck on that.  Seriously.  Don't get your hopes too far up, but you never know what could happen these days.  EA's so doggone unpredictably predictable it's not funny... (or is it the other way around?  :scratch:  :evil4:)
