EP's Required
All, no SP's

Features

5 Floors     8 Bedrooms     10 Bathrooms
Security System   Landscaped   Garage
Open Floor Plan

For a city neighborhood, this is a great space filler. Don't be fooled by the main image, it really adds an urban vibe to your city. My inspiration for this "apartment" comes from the Hyde Park area of Chicago where these types are common. UIC is also located in Hyde Park, that's why I chose this style. Wink

Like the other, it comes in Residential and Dorm format. There are 8 apartments/dorms. I would definitely say that these are luxury, especially for being dorms so send your really rich sim kids here.

*Note: Contact me if you want the FURNISHED version of these lots.*

Hey, great job!  Looks like the Hyde Park apartments.  Love the architecture in that area.  Looking in the downtown screenshot, I see you included the new pseudo modern homes they are building now. Remodeled older homes. Such a cool neighborhood.

Very nice. I went to UIC (years ago) and I live in the burbs of Chicago. I really do like this building and the way you did your downtown neighborhood. You did an excellent job of capturing the building style of the area around the campus. I'm d/ling both versions and I will be PMing you for the furnished versions. Make more please. Thank you for sharing.
