I only have the Sims 2, with no extensions.

The thing is, I made a gorgeous teenager a few weeks ago, and yesterday he became an adult. He doesn't look like him at all, he grew a huge nose, cheeks and mouth.

I had a future planned for him, to marry a beautiful woman, but I fear how their kids will look like.

Is there a cheat or something that allows me to modify him?

i don't think you can modify their genetics unless you are good with SimPE, whch i wouldn't be able to help you on!
