Another of my downtown lots with alley parking.  I really loved how this one turned out. Sort of a modern look.  I finally made a modern home. Yay!

Built on a 2X2 lot, 3beds, 2.5 baths, kitchen, livingroom, diningroom, alley parking. Fully furnished, and landscaped. Cost about 83,400 simoleons.
I ran out of ideas for the basement, so it is unfurnished.

Custom Content Included.

Wooden Stairs Recolorable- Numenor
Wire fence and gate- Supatramp
White Stucco Wall- Patul
Mortar Stone Wall- McTrick
Brown Slate floor- VJ Development

Thanks very much to all the creators for your content.  I just always need to put something custom in my lots.  I appreciate all the hard work put into it. Thank to INSIMenator for this forum and allowing me in it to share.  Thanks to EA for this, well flawed, but enjoyable game.

I use all EP's and the clean installer to package the lot. No hacks included.

Great job!
I wish my "neighbors" worked.
When I turn "neighbors" on for the Sims 2, all of the houses look blurry for me and theyre really hard to see. So I have to turn that setting off and my houses look all isolated from others out in the middle of nowhere instead of in a neighborhood with houses around it. Could it be from the boolprop cheat? Or custom content? I really don't know but I hope to fix it...
Can someone pleas help me with this? My email is distantskies93@hotmail.com. Thanks!

Thanks Sedona3 and Kim.  Sedona, my neighbors look a little blurry when I am in my play mode.  I have all my settings high, just for picture taking.  After I am finished, I reduce all my settings to medium and turn off decorations, and the neighbors look a little blurry.  I have a slow, older computer, so I have to play in low settings. LOL

This was my first attempt at a modern, traditional (hmmm, that's an oxymoron, LOL) house.  This one's my favorite.  Thanks for the comments.
