Well, lostincoma was looking for shirts like this, so I figured I'd just make some! Modeled by Lithrillian and Fran
The short shirt is a simple recolor of a maxis basegame-shirt, so no mesh needed there.
The long, untucked shirt needs HP's untucked mesh

Anything which is just a top can only be used for everyday. Only full outfits can be used for any other category.

Er, I downloaded these, and not only do I already have HP's mesh (I've made shirts on it myself), but neither shirt, not even the Maxis-based one, shows up in game. Odds are that you uploaded the files from the Projects directory instead of SavedSims. I can probably extract the textures in SimPE myself (or I might just look up a nice image of a tuxedo t-shirt and mak my own from scratch) but not everyone has that luxury. Perhaps you could re-upload?
